To help indemnify myself from stupid jackasses who would rather call their lawyer to sue me than drop me a brief email telling me that they want their works removed from this site, I decided to make this page. It's also to allow me to sue you if you plagiarize my shit (which will inevitably happen if I put anything up here worth reading).

Firstly, if you want something removed, email me at <dcp1990@neptune.atopia.net> with the word 'remove' somewhere in the subject line. I will be happy to comply if, in fact, I can verify that said work is yours. Otherwise, shut the hell up.

The following items on this site are not mine:

• The ghetto delta commercial linked to on the "things that suck" page. I don't know whose it is, but it's been around teh internettzz for a while, so I assume it is public domain or something to that effect
• The various "powered by" and "made with" icons plastered everywhere (sans a few homemade ones)
• Hatemail that people send me

That is all for other people's stuff. Now for me:

I'm pretty lenient with linking. Link all you want. However, do NOT do any of the following: embed an image that I made in your page, plagiarize (as in paraphrasing me without due credit), link to my page in a frameset (making visitors think you own this page), or mirror me without permission.
